Decent affordable Japanese food.

Cozy little place in an unexpected strip mall. Feels like an authentic place. Cheap beer in pitchers. Take a look at the specials that aren't on the regular menu. Order lots of little things and try out a bunch of different stuff.

First time here. I had the iccho special. Came with chicken teriyaki, sushi, miso soup, and a tray of tempura. It's a lot of food and I wasn't able to finish it all.

One of the best Izakaya in the in SoCal. I highly suggest taking a friend, ordering a couple of small dishes to share. Their plates are delicious, but the real jewels here are all the variety of dishes available here.

Superb Sushi restaurant with great staff and open LATE! Always busy but getting a seat has never been more than a few minutes wait. Been going there for years.

If you want real Japanese food than this is the place. It does not have the decors of wannabe Japanese places in fact the tables are very close to each other but if your foodie like me who cares I'm there to eat.

The food was pretty decent, I enjoyed their pork cutlet curry. The servers were very welcoming and great. But they have different menu for lunch and dinner, so basically you can only order their lunch section during lunch time so no dinner plates for lunch kind of thing.

Authentic Japanese food found here. Beware of long waits during weekend nights. More parking in rear. Great curry and sushi available too. This is not a fast food chain so you get excellent table service as well.

My favorite Japanese restaurant in Torrance. Excellent perfectly grilled salmon. First time trying the red bean ice cream. It was is to die for good!

Good Japanese food @ reasonable prices. Open for lunch & dinner. Surprisingly they are opened til 2am except on Sun nites.

As a Japanese-American, this place feels so homey! The texture of the noodles are perfect and the sushi is fantastic. It reminds me of the kind of japanese restaurants I would go to in my younger days. Amazing staff, and traditional homey Japanese food!

Very good food. I was recommended this place from my friend and I fell in love. Everytime I come here, the food is never overly salty. It has loads of flavor and I leave full all the time. That's a good thing. Prices are great. The lunch special which doesn't change too often is delicious.

Great food. But the dishes are not served in the proper order and they are always very busy. It usually takes a long time to get your food, and you might get the entree first before the appetizer. Maybe lunch is better, I have only been there for dinner.

Open Late, great Food, relaxed atmosphere. It's like walking into a gritty Japanese bar. Not a lot of flare, menu items posted all over the wall. The servers are nice but always busy even though the place was empty most of the time. I think mid twenties folks go there to drink to much. I left around 12 and it looked like the night was just get started. I believe they are open till 2 or 3. I would eat there again, but would get there earlier. They had good sake and the servers had a knowledge of the different types.

Interesting place. While I don't eat Japanese food, my husband does. He was hungry, I wasn't. Perfect chance for him to try this place.food was pretty to my eye and tasty to his tummy. He said he would certainly return.

Good food, a little cramped but I suppose you could call it cozy.

I had the chicken katsuyama and curry. Some katsus' I have had have been a bit greasy, Iccho made it perfectly on perfect rice (that kind of a bit redundant, any self respecting Japanese place should do it right) anyway, service was excellent price was amazingly reasonable. I will most definitely be back JC

Great Japanese"tapas". Love the Yamakake, grind yam with raw tuna. Service is a bit slow. They are understaffed.

Considering quantity, price, and quality, this place is great. Cheaper than Japanese places more North and the quality is not bad either, that said their cooked dishes is better than their sushi/sashimi. Earnestly, surprisingly good. Plenty of parking and seems like it usually busy right when it opens.

Awesome and tasty food, I like the atmosphere the spot has, and the employees were very kind. Will surely visit here next time.

Food is interesting and unique. Very Japanese in culture

This is one of the only restaurants in the area that are open late and have good food, beef teriyaki and chicken teriyaki are really good and so is the sashimi

Make sure to go right after work to beat the insane line. We got there around 5:30 or 6, and still had to wait about 20 minutes. By the time we left the line was out the door. You can't go wrong with any selection on the menu!

If you want authentic Japanese food this is the place to go! Cute lil spot. It gets packet quickly so you might have to wait, but worth it!

Sushi was fantastic!! Service was welcoming. This place was a real pleasant surprise. I had a few rolls, i always try a California roll to test my first time at any sushi joint, it was so good, i ordered another. I will be coming back here to try some more dishes and will bring some friends. I've lived abroad and appreciate when an ethnic restaurant feels ethnic!! Great atmosphere. Oh and the price was great too. If your in the southbay and in the mood for a Japanese restaurant i would recommend Iccho.

Great food, service and many different drink choices available. Yakitoris and beef tungs are very good.

Traffic was so bad I went for proximity in addition to good comfort food. Nabeyaki, yakitori and zenzai hit the spot for a winter's dinner. The draft Asahi could have been a little dicier. Food and service is consistently good.

Authentic and delicious Japanese food. Small restaurant with booths, casual. I had the combination plate with chicken teriyaki and tempura... delicious!

Really good, flavorful food. Seemed very authentic and was very fresh. Stuffed with protein, cheese, and veggies instead of rice like so many establishments. Do recommend and will return.
